How to help lyme disease
300,000 people are diagnosed with lyme disease every single year.
And if you’re into the outdoors at all (and we’re guessing you are), you have a much greater chance of contracting it.
Lyme disease is transferred through a tick bite.
So if you’ve ever found a tick sucking on your blood, it’s important to save the tick, and then test it for lyme to rule out any possibility of having it.
Doing this will allow you to get on a quick antibiotic treatment and prevent actually suffering from lyme disease.
But, what if you didn’t catch it in time? Or are unaware you even suffer from it?
The good news is, despite common beliefs, lyme disease can be cured.
That’s what you’re going to learn today.
First, you want to begin supplementing your diet with Vitamin D, Omega 3s, Magnesium, Turmeric and Colloidal silver. These are great for people with lyme.
A tincture is simply a way of extracting the medicinal qualities of a raw herb, into a liquid solution.
You can watch the “How to make a tincture” video that was included with this course.
In short, you take your herbs, place them in a glass jar, and fill about halfway with vodka.
Shake it up and put in your cupboard for two months, and you’re ready to use.
The benefit of a tincture is that it immediately hits your bloodstream. Whereas taking it in pill form can cause a lot of the nutrients to be lost through digestion.
This one is critical in battling lyme disease. You may skip one or two of the other ingredients. But make sure you have teasel in your tincture.
(All of the ingredients mentioned can be found at www.mountainroseherbs.com)
Take these 6 ingredients. Mix them evenly into a glass jar. Fill up with Vodka, label, and put in a cupboard for 2 months.
Strain with a cheesecloth into a dropper bottle.
And use the tincture three times a day.
Supplement your diet with the supplements mentioned above…
Also implement the methods used in the anti-inflammatory diet video, and leaky gut protocol.
When combined you can naturally overcome and cure lyme disease!
Nobody should have to suffer life with muscle fatigue and exhaustion caused by a simple bug bite!
Be sure to share this with your friends and family as well.
Until next time.
