2 Ways to combat parasites

Maybe you’ve been hiking and you’ve gotten some parasite. Maybe you’re like me and you’re a globe traveler and you’ve got parasites all the time.

I’m gonna teach you how to get rid of them naturally.

There are two mains ways.

One is using herbs in a tincture form.

Now, you can use this in a tea. However, the ingredients you’ll be using aren’t very nice in a tea. They’ll burn your tongue, nose… and just don’t taste very good.

I recommend using the tincture instead.

THE INGREDIENTS:

STEP 1. GLASS JAR

Grab any glass jar.

You don’t need any fancy mason jars/canning jars. As long as it’s glass, you can use it.

STEP 2. FILL YOUR JAR

Using the ingredients above (except for the Vodka), begin to mix in each ingredient equally.

For a jar this size, use roughly 3 teaspoons of each ingredient.

This will fill the jar to the halfway mark.

STEP 3. VODKA

Fill the rest of your jar with vodka.

Why Vodka? The high alcohol content (40%) allows for it to both extract the herbs, and preserve your tincture for long periods of time.

STEP 4. STIR

Stir your ingredients together.

Making sure to mix in all of the dry herbs with the vodka.

STEP 5. CAP “N” SHAKE

Cap your glass jar, and shake rigorously.

STEP 6. LABEL!

Write the name of the medicine and the date you made it on the lid!

This is important.

You want to let this sit for 2 months before you can use it.

Have parasites now? No problem. Simply put your glass jar in a vat of water and simmer. Make sure the cap is screwed on securely so the vodka doesn’t evaporate. You’ll want to leave this for a couple of days to set and draw out those powerful medicinal qualities!

STEP 7. STRAIN

Whether you decide to heat it quickly, or store it for a couple of months. You want to strain your solution with cheesecloth into a small dropper bottle.

Take your tincture 3 times a day. It will generally require 3 – 4 weeks of treatment to eradicate all of the parasites.

BONUS TIP:

If you have parasites, you want them gone fast!

So a few extra ways to help get rid of parasites naturally…

  • Decrease your grains
  • Decrease your sugar
  • Increase probiotics
  • Ginger
  • Raw pumpkin seeds
  • Papaya seeds
  • Raw garlic

That’s it.

Carry on with this for 3-4 weeks to flush any parasites you may be carrying.

The reality is…

Most people with parasites don’t even know they’ve got them.

So an annual “parasite” cleanse using the above is certainly recommended.

Until next time.

Stay healthy,
