You sent me the wrong product, because the one I wanted was out of stock. That is not how you handle being backordered on a product. Refund me and cancel my order or let me know when the correct product will be available. I emailed customer service and they just reiterated that you did what you did. They did not address what I said at all. I have ordered thousands of dollars from your store, so I am sorely disappointed at how this was handled.
The Fire Knife is excellent quality for the price point. These are great little knives for everyday use—sharp as a razor, and the mini fire striker is an added bonus.
The Fire knife is a very good quality pocket knife for simple, everyday use. It’s the kind of knife that gets most jobs done, and you really don’t care if you lose it—because it’s very affordable. If you really want a high quality good looking knife, check out the Buccaneer. I hope they keep developing this beautiful knife—do a reverse Tanto blade in this same platform, and you will have a real winner…
This knife was for our Brother in-law.
He is an actual Executive in his own company.
It was a very fitting gift for a guy who has everything.
He really liked it.
I will be back for a new EDC myself in the near future.
Glad I found you guys.
Thanks
Knife arrived exactly when y'all said it would. It was a Christmas gift for my Grandson who collects unusual knives. The Viper is not like anything he had seen. Very excited about the knife!
The items you can get from the Lone Survivalist are great quality and price. I've purchased several things for myself and gifts for others in my family!
This last order took much longer to arrive than the last time which is the only reason the EKD2 didn't get five stars. I could blow a whole bunch of smoke singing praises but I think the best recommendation I can offer is the fact that I have FOUR of these now. One EDC and three spares in case they get discontinued or something.
The owner was so informative and helpful and very multi-tasking with multiple shoppers. He answered all my little boy's random questions and even gave him a little treat. We left with our knife and a very pleasant disposition. He even mentioned a couple things that he invented himself, which was incredibly impressive. This store knows what they're doing, what they're creating, and what they're selling. The great customer service is just the cherry on top. I highly recommend.
The second executive I thought would be mine, turns out it makes a great gift. My friend Shane was shocked and asked when he saw. That's why no picture of a knife...
The switch mechanism wouldn’t allow the smaller blade to release. I reached out to customer service and asked for an exchange. I was told to loosen the screw which I did. It now releases every now and again. For the price of this knife I expected an easy exchange. I can’t count on the release when I go out on my hikes. Fortunately I have not needed it. With that said, this is the first product from your company I have been disappointed with.
I have multiple products from Lone Survivalist. The Voyager is one of my favorite knives that I carry. I had to replace a previous one because I lost it unfortunately, luckily I had another one but always want to have a spare. Great quality Knife, light weight and stays sharp longer than all the over knives I have. Very well made product!
The first thing I did was pull it out of the sheath. Not knowing how much force would be required, I gradually increased the pull until it finally popped free
Since I was concentrating on control (indoors with limited arm/knife swing room) when it popped free my reaction was over controlled and poked - barely - a finger on the hand holding the sheath. I looked at it, could just barely see the poke. Ok, no harm, no foul. A couple of minutes later noticed a small blood trail running down my finger; oops…first blood after all 😏
I'm left handed, so I tried sheathing the knife the other way around. By wiggling It back and forth and applying significant force I got it in until the guard was touching the kydex. Did that a couple of times and It got slightly easier, but nowhere being able to carry that way. Also the guard isn't quite symmetrical so I'd have to tweak the clip area as well.
Do you know how much I'd have to heat up the tight side to reshape it just enough to get the knife in left handed? I'd also have to tweak the kydex clip at the top a bit. I've got a 2-range heat gun (and various torches 🫣) .
The knife feels good in my hand - better than I would have thought just looking at it. I also appreciate the blade length and contour (drop point fan). Nice to see you didn't succumb to the temptation of a longer blade just to be more imposing.
I love it, unfortunately so did my boyfriend and he wears it clipped to his pocket 🙃. I will order another for myself.
I also love the bullet flashlight
I run Lone Survivalist with my 3 sons & a few good friends. This company would not be possible without Gods leading. 7 years ago, after a lot of prayer I left New Jersey and I went to the Shenandoah Valley in Virginia with my wife and 3 small sons. I left everything behind. I launched Lone Survivalist on a 25,000 dollar loan that I had no collateral for. It’s all I had. Since then we have helped over 165,000 Americans prepare for survival and sleep a bit better because of it. Much of the profit rolls right back into the company to continue to invent more gear for you at the best prices possible. Being a Christ centered company does not mean we are perfect but it does mean we do all we can, model, and point to the one who is: JESUS.
