VEST AND POWER BANK USAGE
1. Locate the battery pocket and power cable on the inside of the heated vest.
2. Insert power cable into the designated port of the battery.
4. 3 Levels of heating: the red light indicates continuous high temperature heating, the white light indicates continuous medium temperature heating, and the blue light indicates continuous low temperature heating.
5. To power off, press & hold the power button for 3 seconds, until the lighted button turns off.
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
Remove power bank before washing, add a neutral detergent. Wash on delIcate cycle. Do not use high temperature water. Hang dry only.
ATTENTION
1. Disconnect the battery pack if the vest isn't turned on.
2. If the battery pack makes contact with water please turn off.
3. The duration of continuous heating depends on the capacity.
The vest I received was labeled XL.
My normal clothes are XL, but the vest was so small I couldn't clothes the front. The zipper tab was on the left, my guess is it was for female. If I ordered a womans vest it was by accident. Anyway I gave it to my wife.

I've been a LS customer for about two years. Generally speaking--LS products are of good quality and function as advertised. Unfortunately--the LS heated vest fell way short of typical LS quality. First, the size listed is way to small (as I'm only 5'4" and 140 lbs. and couldn't even get the LARGE size vest to zip closed! ) Next, the vest is very cheaply made and too thin to provide any appreciable insulation--even with the heater running. Finally--the vest is made in China--which appears to be counter to the LS theme and mission. In summary--if you're interested in purchasing a decent heated vest that's made in China--then you'll easily find one on Amazon and eBay that will be of equal quality or even surpass the quality of the one that LS currently is offering. Thankfully, LS refunded my purchase payment (less the shipping cost). I hope that in the future, LS replaces the current version of its heated vest with a more rugged one that actually is accurate in its sizing and that is made here in the US and supporting American jobs.
I bought the heated vest in xxl it was to big idid not turn the heat on, my name is Maurice Kopman at 9839 paddlewheel court, what i am asking is can i exchange it for a ex large, it was also to come with a 2nd battery, they probably for got I did pay for it. also a address to send it back too, it is still in the bag. I did what the instructions said and charged the battery for more than 8 hours. Tried it for the first time and it only worked for 3 hours. I talked to a few people with different heated vests and their batteries last for 8 hours. I probably should get another battery for a spare. Can I order one through you guys?
This vest was given to me as a gift. The heater is great especially since I have a sore back! I see why they need to fit snug so you can feel the heat better-not like a conventional vest-they need to hug. I hope it lasts a long time! Thank you for offering this great product!
I just received my vest I wear a 3x in everything else, but this thing is like 6 inches from zipping. don't know if it is for child size or what not real happy to pay $100 for something that does not fit. I feel like it is something you would get from Temu from China.
The vest is great, however, there needs to be a size chart with measurements to help people select the propter size. Just the size letters (S, M, L, XL, etc.) mean different things to different manufacturers. There's no standard in this. The listed measurements plus the size letters on your website for any items of clothing would be very beneficial to your customers.
I need to exchange my vest for a different size. Other than this, the vest is perfect. It's very well made and comfortable.
