It is a card making it hard to use on some things you really cant go heavy duty build a engine or what not but fot light weight projects it's great but limited in its scope to what you can do for me id rather have the tool I need than rely on a card but for what it is and what you use it for will change your view but if you understand it's a card not a heavy duty tool you won't be disappointed overall im happy with it because I understood it's limitations excepted them all before I bought it. Just understand that like anything it is a survival tool s not something you use everyday it's not like nor does it replace a decently appointed tool box it's not as heavy and leaves room and weight for food or clothes overall a nice purchase but like most things not perfect but survival isn't about perfect if it was perfect you wouldn't need the gear but there is that possibility that you might need it. If you're in a flood zone afflicted tornadoes or hurricanes you know where you live so get a go bag from lone survivalist and add the card to it you'll be happier if you dont live in those areas keep a go bag anyway it'll help If for what ever reason like fire
