Please allow up to 14-21 business days for arrival. We ship via USPS, DHL or Fedex depending on the item. 

Due to the pandemic, by law our shipping warehouse has limited staff. So please take that into consideration

All orders will have tracking. Once shipped, we will send you over an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to validate.

This can happen if you pressed the back button on your browser while you were ordering. The system may duplicate the order in error. If this happens, do not worry. Please contact us at [email protected] and we can help resolve

Once a package gets scanned at delivery, it can take up to 48 hours to activate once scanned at the next portal. No worries! It should active. If it does not, please contact us at [email protected]

From time to time, packages show arrival and the consumer might not be aware that it was left at:

• Front Porch
• Garage
• Back Porch
• Mailbox

Please check these locations first. If the package is not in that location, then check with a family member, neighbor and or package carrier. Sometimes a delivery scan is done the night before and then dropped off the next day. Try all these avenues first and then contact us at [email protected]

If you need to cancel an order or make any changes, please email  [email protected] with the exact changes needed right away. We do our best to catch those, but please note that Lone Survivalist cannot guarantee any changes can be made once an order has been processed.

If your order has been shipped we are not able to make any changes, including address updates or cancellations.
